Clean Air Festival 2023

Our annual Clean Air Festival launched in 2023! Initially slated for August, the first date choice was postponed due to wildfire smoke (oh the irony). Instead we joined DoNoHarm BC for an online postcard craft night in August, and then convened in-person on September 2, 2023. At Trout Lake (John Henry) Park in East Van, at least 80 people enjoyed a DIY air cleaner workshop, music and stage magic performances, kids’ games, prizes and more. The event also featured a food drive to support of food-insecure community members and the local community pantry.
