Individual giving

As a grassroots event, the Clean Air Festival is made possible by community members just like you. Your gift helps us to cover event costs, such as:

  • Venue rental, insurance, and event equipment
  • Safety supplies for community members in need
  • Access measures like a sensory break space, ASL interpretation, and clear masks for lip-reading
  • Videography, livestreaming, and other forms of digital access
  • Paid performance opportunities for immunocompromised, multiply-marginalized, and COVID-safer performers!

Several one-filter (flat style) DIY air cleaners are scattered across the pavement, bound in blue and white duct tape, with the packaging from the box fans in the background.

Sponsorship

If you or your business wish to support the Clean Air Festival, please get in touch. Your gift is a direct investment in our community, and we are happy to discuss sponsorship packages for values-aligned businesses and organizations.

We are also happy to discuss the possibility of in-kind sponsorship, such as:

  • COVID-safer prizes for our event prize draw
  • Safety equipment like respirators, rapid tests, or components for DIY air cleaners (such as MERV-13 filters or box fans)
  • Event equipment and services

Volunteer

Do you love the COVID-conscious community? Are you interested in connecting with like-minded people, learning new skills, and lending your unique talents to a community event? The Clean Air Festival is powered by volunteers, from our organizing committee to everyone lending a hand on Festival Day. Get in touch today to discover what opportunities are currently available.

Please be aware that on-site Festival volunteers must be able to follow the event safety protocols, such as wearing an N95-equivalent respirator and testing in advance. We also have remote and contactless volunteer opportunities available. Reference letters and proof of volunteer hours are available on request.
